This week I started off slow and steady. I juiced Sunday night for Monday and Tuesday then Wednesday for Thursday and Friday. I replaced my had a bagel and smoothie for breakfast then juice for snacks and lunch. I watched fat, sick and nearly dead and order Joe's book The Reboot with Joe Juice Diet book. This is where I got all my recipes for juicing this week.
